This is a very annoying problem and every person wants some helpful tips for his laptop battery life. The laptop battery is an essential piece of hardware, yet we're often less informed about its health. Your Windows laptop will not give you enough information either. On the surface, it displays just a tiny battery indicator with the remaining time and percentage. Over time, you'll notice a few battery errors creep in. The battery stops holding its charge. The charge level indicator shows fluctuating readings. A flawed discharge estimation is also common. But there are workarounds and solutions
Project ObjectivesThe objective of this project is to design a cost-effective analysis tool that can efficiently analyze the health of batteries. This project can be described as follows:
- Develop a design or hardware using micro controller that analyze all the information & status about laptop battery
- The status review of this hardware will elaborate the current status of battery(how much capacity is used & how much it will use)
- This hardware maintain charging & discharging capacity of battery according to standardized method of laptop battery circuit(Battery Management System)
- Health maintenance of laptop battery
- Reset the cycle count of laptop battery(Not mandatory)
- Software updation of battery (Not mandatory)
