IOTS PATIENT MONITORING BASED SYSTEM
Day by day ratio of death is increasing and the major cause behind this is heart attack .Heart attack occurs due to hinderance in blood flow. We lost human lives mainly due to delay in diagnosis of heart attack .We should monitor the person’s heart condition with some parameters that are vital for heart health. As per the (WHO), 32 percent of deaths occur around the world because of cardiovascular disease. Many heart attacks may be controlled by the incorporation of population-wide approaches to tackle lifestyle risk factors such as cigarette smoking, poor nutrition and obesity, physical inactivity and excessive alcohol usage. If a patient is suffering from some cardiac issue he /she will surely need precautions in future to avoid again any serious condition regarding heart. For this purpose continuous monitoring of vital signs is important, because the main problem patients face is to get immediate treatment after a stroke or attack but unfortunately they get delayed due to late diagnosis that affects the health of heart. We proposed a system that would track patient vitalities with the aid of IOT (Internet of Things) and determine whether there is any critical problem. The system will take data of the heartbeat, body temperature and blood pressure of the patient as input and warn an irregular condition by continuous monitoring. With the help of the data, patient and caregivers will be alert if there could be heart attack and they can take necessary steps to avoid these symptoms leading to heart attack. We have used IoT platform for monitoring of these vials that fetches data from patients using sensors and gives real time monitoring. As we are getting real time data that is stored and on the basis of that we have developed a system / model that predicts health status on the basis of that record.
An IoT based patient monitoring and prediction system has been developed, that is attached with patient body either a normal person but mostly patients. These remain attached to the body all time and continuously monitoring patient vitals that are, pulse rate, Blood oxygen and body temperature. Storing all real time data over Iot based platform / website and android application using MQTT technique. That real time data can be monitored by patient himself, by any care giver residing at long distance, also doctor.
In future we can, add GPS location that can locate patient location. Also we can add video call feature so that patient can have online meeting. Excluding the need to visit doctor physically. In case surgery, doctor can easily observe patient as he/she cannot move to patient or if doctor is at a longest distance.
With the advent of this technology, health monitoring of a patient remotely has become an easy and plausible task. In this paper a low cost ECG patient ECG monitoring system is implemented which consists mainly of certain hardware and software components the system is able to get data values from sensors by connecting these components. Sensor and process the ECG via Arduino microcontroller, and stored in the cloud called Bluemix IoT cloud. This system is a low-cost IoT-based control device and cost-effective compared to other systems (Parmveer Singh, 2017)

Many heart attacks may be controlled by the incorporation of population-wide approaches to tackle lifestyle risk factors such as cigarette smoking, poor nutrition and obesity, physical inactivity and excessive alcohol usage. Persons with cardiovascular disease or at elevated cardiovascular risk (due to the existence of one or more risk factors such as obesity, diabetes, hyper lipidemia or already-established illness) require early diagnosis and treatment through guidance and medications, if needed.
Use the Internet of Things (IOT) track the health of the patient in our proposed program and foresee whether there is any critical. Unbalanced body temperature (37 ° C), irregular heartbeat (less than 60 beats a minute), blood oxygen saturation is a patient's critical problem. We suggest an IOT-based live tracking program for patients with heart disease, and irregular body temperatures. Sensors will be used to identify patient body information; information will be transmitted to the doctor and caregiver using remote monitoring system. Using that we will agree about the state of the patient whether he / she is fine or in critical condition and requires an urgent diagnosis. This research proposes a framework for health tracking and prediction, built with the use of IOT and embedded hardware, Arduino UNO and health sensors. The proposed system would track patient vitalities with the aid of IOT (Internet of Things) and determine whether there is any critical problem.
