In most problems, the consultants do not have a fire alerting system or a warning system. Alarms to general public and rescue workers are therefore often too late.
The previous several decades, there have been no services to automatically shield valued things from excess the excess of hazards elements such as overheating or spreading of fire and moisture since technology at the time was not yet evolved and individuals had to accomplish these tasks manually.
If In the residential area the disasters occurred, the dangerous tragedy that can cause destruction is fire, this type of hazards causes’ loss of valued things and precious human life. The Disasters caused by fire also increasing year after year. So that’s why inside buildings, especially where there are many people or valuable objects there is serious need to install an intelligent fire alarm system .
IoT technology is used to control this types of hazards along with sensors and switches with the help of main controlling unit. Here, using a systematic approach with the help of IoT devices and sensors, a safety alarm system is develop to protect valuable things and humans with the fast detection of fire, smoke in the affected areas. The data is also sent to the website to monitor the situation and to take desirable action in case of danger. The sensors sense the environmental condition and the controlling unit(Arduino Nano) control the whole system. There will be alert generated if the sensors exceed threshold value otherwise the system stay at normal condition. The design system is low cast and more efficient solution as compared to the other available solution in Pakistan.

Benefits of the ProjectThis project “IOT based Industrial Protection System” “is designed to protect the Industrial (valuable things) from fire, dangerous gases, and high temperature & humidity and avoid incident which have changes to occure in industry.
Technical Details of Final DeliverableThis IOT based Industrial Protection system could manage to achieve the aim to cover up the things under it and could be controlled anywhere with the help of IoT.. The system will expose spontaneously to the vendor in case of any dangerous condition such as leakage of dangerous gasses, high temperature & humidity condition. Here the actuators help to turn off the fire through a showing system and exhaust the smoke. In this we also use esp 32 wifi control module which is brain of this project and this project is used for the industry safety. Smoke flame sensor are use and ldr is used for light intensity and real time monitor which is display in LCD monitor also monitoring room temperature by using dHT 11 room temperature humidity two actuators are used which is fan and water pump when fire occure the water pump starts automatically and when gas is leak the fan is start automatically to exhaust the smoke. GSM module is also used which give sms alert concern with the fire department and other person's which is in industry.
