These are drag-type devices with three for scoops in anemometers, and for highway.it was made with three half-cylindrical blades arranged in an ‘S’ shape. The convex side of one half-cylinder and the concave side of the other face the wind at the same timeand As thedrag coefficient of theconcavesurface is more than that of the convex side, in a given wind stream, the drag force experienced by the concave half would be higher than that of the other half It is this difference in drag force that spins the rotor to develop mechanical power.

The major advantage of the solar-wind hybrid poweer generation system for highway is its simplicity. As no sophisticated methods or technical skills are required for its fabrication, it can even be made in small local workshops. Project Implementation Method
first month: the ptrogress of my project in first month is i design the frame of turbine
second month: in second month i start the fabrication of frame
third month: in third month i make anaylsis (ansysis) on frame and fabrication of shaft
fourth month: in fouth month i design the blades
fifth month: in fifth month i buyed the rotor pulley and belt and make anaylsis on blades and shaft and belt
sixth month: in the last month i fabricate the turbine and the assemble it and make testing on it
