Project Summary

To conclude the literature survey the setup is done for the modern machines but the motto of this project is to describe the coil winding machine which should be power efficient. For instance it could be transformer winding, motor stator rotor winding, chokes so on and so forth. For manually winding it is time consuming and it a kind of inconvenient and huge amount of waste of time. If we talked about automatic coil winding machines which is easily available in the market to overcome the waste of time and manually winding and specific drawbacks which occurring in recent coil winding machine[8]. The machines present in the market is usually bulk, complicated and the fabrication of these machines is not easy. The designing of those machines are so complex and time consuming at the time of maintenance. So in this project we are overcome this drawbacks which are defined above. We are using Arduino to controlling this project which is count the number of turns. This machine is cheap and inexpensive, easy to operate and build in a small and friendly scale size [1]. Wireless communication are rapidly uses for the betterment of their technologies. In this project we present the idea of new technology in order to calculate the number if turns of the machine and detect the mishandling [14]. The Arduino which is controller used for automation of this project. The wire is wounded on armature through bobbin a metallic circle from wire drum. Arduino board will controls the feed of coil [2].

Project Objectives

There will be following targets satisfied as underneath:

LO1: Be ready to plan the proposed circuit which will communicate with the Arduino Mega.

LO2: Be ready to model the circuit with all supplies utilizing Arduino board.

LO3: Be capable to detect mishandling and real time counter.

LO4: Be able to high production in less time and monitor the manual shifting to automatic production.

LO5: Be able to validate the software hardware results.

LO6: Handling Power ON/OFF through the mobile.

Project Implementation Method

The services we are providing  in our project is implementing the idea of real time monitoring of the coil winding machine which is completely time saving device as compared to manually coil winding machine .Software requirements are we have to use blink. Blink is a Platform with is and Android apps to control Arduino, Raspberry Pi and the likes over the Internet. It's a digital dashboard where you can build a graphic interface for your project by simply dragging and dropping. 

Benefits of the Project

The defined scope of our project is it is beneficial for the engineering industry because inductive load is everywhere so we are use the internet of things, the machine will work precisely because it can be monitor anywhere with the optimum  range of the senor. It will count the number of turns of the coil and moving shaft of the coil which makes the higher possible production. The things we are covering is to get to the next level which is monitoring and controlling of the machine remotely with using arduino through internet of things.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The working of all curl winding machines has been looked into and it's been inferred that all past strategies of dealing with the loop turns and power the executives have been missing somewhat and it was late to conquer this technique. IoT (Web of Things) has been utilized to screen the power the board and the information will be moved to the flicker stage. The past methods have a few limits which are as per the following; low-productivity rate, trouble in manual setting, not practical and they can't screen the continuous information utilizing IoT-based innovation. Basically coil winding machines are used to wind a coil for any inductive equipment. For instance it could be transformer winding, motor stator rotor winding, chokes so on and so forth.
