Remote Monitoring, visualize and Control is one of the most important and necessary criteriafor increasing production and process plant availability. There is a lot of development in industry and the requirement for industrial monitoring system is getting higher. System should be able to acquire, save, analyze, and process real time data.Owners of industries traveling around the world need some system from where they can monitor and keep control of their industry remotely. This Project present a concept of how industrial can be monitored and controlled via IOT technology from anywhere in the world on supported portable devices. The wireless system for monitoring purpose will not only reduce the overall monitoring system cost in term of facilities setup and labor cost, but always provide flexibility in system in term of distance or location. The presented solution provides reduced software costs while improving reliability. Among the wireless technology protocols, the WIFI becomes the new standard intended for low cost devices in automation, computer peripherals and home controls. An additional monitoring approach in this system is web server based online visualization, monitoring and controlling of electrical parameters. In this system one WIFI which is called wifi coordinator (WC) is responsible to link data with PC, and other WIFI which is also called WIFI Router (WR) is connected to Arduino controller. In 
this Project, monitoring electrical parameters is analyzed numerically and controlling is done using Web Portal through WIFI. The whole system is divided into two parts transmitter and receiver. In the transmitter part or collection part, a network of circuits are used to collect the data of parameters. The monitoring data is simultaneously fed to the Arduino controller. The collection data is transmitted efficiently and smoothly to receiver end through wireless WIFI module. Communication Protocols for Monitoring, Controlling and visualize remotely and in real time.

Project Objectives

Utilization and conservation of electrical energy is one of the most important need of the day for the Industry purpose. Electric energy is the back bone of any developed country. The use of electricity is increasing day by day. When we consider an industry of large area the monitoring, controlling of each section involved in the industry is a big task. It involves large amount of man power and time consumption. This is one of the most upcoming issues in the industrial sectors. If the parameters are not monitored and controlled properly, it leads to harmful situation. Most of the industries are facing these kinds of situation because of some manual mistakes . In that kind of harmful situations, again the manual power is required to control the parameters. Sometimes, if 
this control process may not be handled properly, it results in an occurrence of major accidents. So, every process in the industrial sector requires more manual power which is also having issues with the unavoidable manual mistakes. With the upcoming technologies, it is very easy to overcome the greater issues in the industrial automation. To overcome these above factors we developed this project to make single person for visualization, monitoring and controlling the entire network remotely. This can be achieved based on multiprocessor communication by the combination of IOT technology in order to fulfil the demand of the electricity for industry to make smart and efficient.

Project Implementation Method

The prototype is implemented in two parts: 
Software Implementation:  
For the control and monitoring of the system, the system is interfaces with WIFI via Arduino. Monitor and control algorithms are developed in webpage and Application using Visual Studios which takes inputs from system in real time and control the system electrical parameters through 
its output interface and also display these parameters on these portal. Arduino is also integrated with Wi-Fi Module (ESP 8266_esp 01) for visualization of system parameters and precise graphical computations of the load’s parameter is done which helps in forecasting and reliability assessment of the system. 
Hardware Implementation:  
Smart Collection, Monitoring, and controlling system is developed and interfaced with software model. Collection model consists of Arduino interfaces with measurement circuits of voltage, current, power factor, temperature, humidity, active power and speed. Controlling system consists of relay circuits along with resistive and inductive loads which are interfaced with WIFI via Arduino. Monitoring system consists of LCD, WIFI interface with Arduino.

 Project Assembling 
Following steps should be followed: 
In order to Power on the Arduino Mega (2560), which power on at 5V DC, first assemble the circuit of 5 Volts along with pin out terminal of 12 Volts use for other circuits. The main supply consists of transformer, rectifiers, filters and Regulators. Similarly the Voltage measurement 
consists of transformer, rectifiers, filters, indicators and variable resistors. The current measurement circuit also consist of diode, variable resistors, and filters. The LCD circuit is build using IC Regulator 7805 and variable resistor for adjusting the contrast of the LCD. The Power 
factor measurement circuit is made of transformer, resistors, capacitors and variable resistors and its improvement circuit is made of resistors, CAPACITOR BANK, and MOSFET. The Temperature and Humidity circuit is made of DHT 11 along with IC Regulator 7805 and filter. The Fan Control 
circuit is dependent on temperature, which is made with the combination of Opto Coupler, MOSFET and diodes. The Relay circuit or Switching circuit is made up of SPDT relay with resistors and is connected with Loads. After this, connect the output terminals of every measurement circuit with Arduino Mega for measuring the respective parameters. The Wi-Fi Module  is also connected with Arduino Mega. The Infrared sensors is connected with Mega for calculation of speed of the motor.
