in today,s modern world of technology still in our universtiy many departments are doing their work manually  by pen and paper which consumes more time money and affort liken department of STAGS performs their vounteer or performers registration process manually so we want to develop a desktop application system named as "STAGWIZ STAGS RESGISTRATION WIZRAD" which contain these specifications:

Project Objectives

our first and aim is to atomize registration process and reduce the workload for administration keeping this scenario in mind we'll design a user-friendly interface in which the frist dialogue box of app will be login for administrator and after that registration form will be open. following staps we will be following to achieve aims

one thing is am implement this project in department  of STAGS university of sindh jamshoro 

becoze we have a permission  the implement this project in department of STAGS and actually the staf member of department of stags is want this kind of application or technology in our office

 the phase where visions and plans become reality. this is the logical conclusion, after evaluating ,deciding visioning planning applying for funds and finding the financial resources of a project. technical resources of a project technical implementation is one part of executing a project 

Benefits of the Project

in today,s scenario where world is focusing on atomization an digitilization a department of university of sindh "bureau of stags" where hundreds of students interacts with administration on daily bases regarding their membership for competitions event management training and volunteer ship faces difficulties in manually registration and administration also fears  from loss of data or documents .so we are developing a desktop app designed with a flexible database through which process of registration will be easy and offical records,students data  and event's data can be stored and will easily access able on one click this app will be helpful for administration as well for student they  both will be fearless about their data loss because there will always be backup of data in "pdf"files .
