Intelli Light System for Metro Bus
We are living in a country where two major problems are being faced power generation and no judicious use of Energy .We proposed a project which alleviates the energy consumption in Metro Bus System Multan. Our project is mainly based on Wireless sensor network and IOT based Light automation system, Lights will glow only when the bus passes, other important features are fault detection and emergency situation handling. Efficient products and energy-saving strategies can help us save money and energy at home/industries .By implementing this project we can save electricity up to 50-70% of the current billing related to metro track lighting system. Such a huge saving helps government to increase economy of such type of specific projects. This project can be implement in various fields and save energy. We are making it wireless because it has multiple advantages over a wired network.
Wireless sensor network based node working is defined in a way, When the bus passes, IR sensor detects the motion and then it sends its output in the form of 0 or 1 to Aurdino .Main tasks which a controller can perform is to decide what to do it receives signal from IR then through signal to the transceiver which will communicate with the other poles circuit .This phenomenon glows up the light poles accordingly through wireless transmission of the signals with the help of NRF module which works as a transceiver. Proto type exist of 14 child nodes 7 in each segment .
It is quite complex the intercommunications of circuits which are consider as nodes (likely) but reality seems different that how it glows up light for few seconds when the bus passes by a poles.
