Project Area of Specialization RoboticsProject SummaryProject is basically based on PLC based Industrial Automation.It involves four main parameters of Industry i.e Temperature, Presure,Level and Position(Proximity).These parameters are covered by Automation of Boiler and Bottle Filling System.. Project Objectives- The aim is to get familiar with PLC and its implementation in industry.
- To design appropriate model for automatic bottle filling and Boiler.
- To design program using PLC for automatic bottle filling and Boiler.
- To interface PLC module with the inputs and outputs component

- Hardware design
- Position Sensing unit
- Level Sensing Unit.
This stage basically involves the bottle filling system.
After the completion of the interfacing, a trial run is done so as to be ensured that all the components including both software and hardware, are working satisfactorily.
- Temperature sensing unit.
- Pressure sensing unit.
This stage basically involves the Boiler.
This stage basically involves the interfacing of all the hardware components with each other as well as with the PLC.
Benefits of the Project- It can minimize the gap between Industry and University.
- It can grow the economy of industry as well as country by reducing the production cost and time of Product finishing.
- It ensure the Quality of Product because it is totally Automated system.
- By automation of Boiler Electricity production cost can be reduced because of less consumption of Fuel.

Level sensors detect the level of water in the overhead Tank and automate the water Pump.
Proximity Sensors detects the bottle on the conveyor belt , when it is in front of solenoid walve it will be filled.
They also control Conveyor Motor
2. Boiler Automation
Both Temperature and Presure Sensors detect temperature and presure in the Boiler and Automate Ignition Process.
