When dealing in properties both the Seller and purchaser have to face issues to contact the right real estate agent for their property. If a seller is willing to sell he might have to visit different real estate agents to submit their property for sale. On the other hand purchaser do also face issues because for their desired property they have to visit every single real estate agent to get to their desired property they are looking for.

With the help of this android application both the seller and purchaser will be in relieve because they don’t have to visit the real estate agents again and again instead a seller can submit his property through app to a local real estate agent. Whereas purchaser doesn’t need to visit every single agency he can simply look for his desired property and contact the Agency dealing for the particular property and fix a meeting.

Project Objectives

The objective of the Estate is to provide modern solutions to the REAL ESTATE SECTOR.

• To provide better communication between seller, purchaser and agents.
• To provide a user friendly interface to its users.
• Providing price predictions.
• Reduce the effort for your desired property.

We are using android smartphones Huawei y7 prime for displaying the working of the project on the smartphone.

My SQL:

MySQL is an open source relational database management system. Information in a MySQL database is stored in the form of related tables. MySQL databases are typically used for web application development (often-accessed using PHP). A MySQL database can be accessed (queried) directly using; C, C++, Eiffel, Java, Perl, PHP and Python computer languages. There is also third party support for connection in a Windows environment. MySQL databases are queried using a subset of the standard Structured Query Language (SQL) commands.

Benefits of the Project

 we have developed an android based system which allow the users (i.e. sellers, purchasers and agencies) to communicate. Seller can easily upload and submit the property to the agency whereas purchaser can view the property and will also be able to consider the predicted price of the particular property using. Agencies will also get benefit from this app it will help them in boosting up their business and to provide their services through app.
