To overcome the problems which have been seen in initial interviews we are developing a web application for HR to take online interviews. In this web application, Recruiter is not bound to take interviews in real time. Rather than having you travel to an office, the interviewer will simply conduct the interview via video. The recruiter will just provide a link for limited time to all candidates to give interviews. Candidates will give answers to all the questions given by recruiter by making a video of given limited time and then submit that video on that page. All videos will be stored in database, when the session will end, candidate have to wait for the results. On the other hand, when all the interviews have been taken the recruiter, along with HR and head of department can view these interviews anytime and can easily select the candidates for the final interview. In initial interviews, recruiter just analyze the behavior of the candidates. So why wasting a lot of time on a lot of candidates, this application is time saving for both recruiter and as well as for those candidates who covers a long distance just for an initial interview. In past, the interviews are taken online in real time in which the interviewer and candidates has to be on fix time without facing any technical issues.

Also for recruiter, he will analyze one by one every single candidate on his free time. One more main objective is, when all the videos of candidate are saved in database recruiter can show the video to HR or Head of department to discuss or observe that which candidate is deserving to show in final interview or not. While giving the interview some candidates which have all skills of doing the desired work may failed due to nervousness or lack of confidence, so this web application will also try help those kind of candidates and every candidate will have opportunity to prove themselves accordingly.
Our project is based on full web development. To design and to implement we’ve used Visual studio 2017. In todays world every web developer prefer to use Visual studio because you can do latest designing and implementation at the same time. To save our videos in our system we are connecting it with MS SQL. It can store our videos in database and provide desired storage. We made different environment for user login and for admin login. There will be some privileges for candidate. When the candidate will login to give interview some questions will generate for him/her to answer through video message. When candidate will start the interview the timer will start for each question and will stop automatically after 1 minute and the video will directly save to our database path. When the interview is done the website link will not be able to open again. After that when recruiter will login through admin portal he will have all the users with there interview video so that he will analyze every candidate’s videos one by one anytime.
The more we learn about web development the more we appreciate the benefits of web development. Our project is a brand new idea which is never implemented in any organization before. In every organization the interviews are taken in real time. When recruiter take interviews he face many problems at that time. The problem of management is the basic problem that he has to take interview of every single candidate with full focus. And there is also large number of candidates who have applied for job and selected for interview. So you can’t observe every candidate completely at the same day. For candidates who have applied for this job and will not be able to arrive on time due to any emergency will fall in loss. Candidate could have the travel issue or any other problem so why not using this approach? And why we are making this website when there is an approach to take interviews via skype or face-time? In face time interviews you have to be on the time and there could be possibility of network problem also. And specially for recruiters the problem is that, they don’t have database of interviews on face-time. So after the interviews when the interviewers will selecting the candidates for final interview they have no prove when arguing that which candidate was best for there organization and which candidate have the skills they wanted. So if they have the interviews in database they can observe the candidates as much time as they want. Because in initial interviews only the basic things are to be noted for example the way he talks or the confident he/she has. So this web application has lots of benefits for recruiter as well as for candidate.
