Farming in Pakistan is spread thought out the country. Farmers use different machineries and equipment’s to work on the farm which results in producing different kinds of crops. Being the essential element in working on farms, these heavy machineries tend to save time and money for the farmers. Dealers who hold possession of these machines and equipment’s often sell them or rent them out to the farmers however in different areas number of farmers isgreater as compare to number of dealers and the machineries that they hold, due to which during the time of harvesting farmers do not get hold of many machines. The issue of obtaining a machine and related issues regarding distribution faced by the dealersare currently found in the society. The project aims to ease this problem by using current technology of the internet, for this purpose a web application is going to be developed. The web application will act as a platform for the citizens in the agriculture field, who wants to deal with agriculture machinery thus providing ease to the current existing issue.

In farming, machines are used while harvesting or simply working on the farm. The main module of our project will help the dealers who want to sell or distribute farming machines, equipment or simply parts thus taking them away from the old fashioned manual works and introducing them to the new technology. The module will help with online booking, verify records which will help dealers to maintain history and track machine until it is under warranty. Etc. Being able to reach all over the country, the web application will bring all dealers in one place so the farmers can pick a dealer who can provide them with a suitable machine or equipment with a good price for their work. The farmers will be able to rent out machine and equipment form anywhere while using the module. The farmers who visit the web application can also find companies who make farming machines and can buy straight from the source without involvement of a third party or can become dealers oneself by deciding to sell the machines themselves.

2. We shall provide the users with a web application and Android Application in which the farmer can look up all the dealers and companies in the country that provide agriculture machines, equipment’s and supplies.
3. We shall provide dealers the platform where they can collect orders online and only have to fill the inventory data and all the work is done automatically by the system.
4. We shall provide the agriculture area of Pakistan with the modern technology so that they can compete with the rest of the world.
5. We will provide the users an easy to understand and simple to work environment.
6. We shall provide the users with the facility where they can use the project on their smart phones as well.
7. For Non educated Farmer and People we will provide Application in urdu.
8. And also Provide trainings for How you can use This Application.
9. In village the Education Ratio is go up.

Project Implementation Method

According to comparison with other applications, there is no such application exists in Pakistan market that provide such types of facilities where farmers can communicate with dealers and as well as companies and where dealers can do all these things as well. The place where farmers are provided with all type of options like machines, equipment, seeds, pesticides, labor and their related accessories and where dealers can make their order store online does not exist. Kisan.com helps the society by providing all these facilities and holds the key to change the market of the agriculture citizens. So Kisan.com has the potential to set the new trend in the market by solving farmer and dealer problems.

So we can Implement this Project as a Web Application And as well as a Android Application.

Benefits of the Project  

1. The farmers usually rent out machines and equipment’s i.e. Tractors, Harvester, Sprayer’s, Ridgers etc. The problem occurs when the dealers are all sold out and they cannot provide any machine for renting.
2. Farmers working in agriculture field have no means to communicate or locate dealers that are out of their physical reach who can provide them agriculture equipment’s, machine’s, spare parts, labor etc.
3. Farmers often buy spare parts like filters, carburetor, pressure regulator etc. which are used in machines like tractors, harvesters and equipment like sprayer, often these parts are hard to buy because they sell out quickly and not everyone put them in their shops. Farmers visits other villages or they come to city to buy these parts 
4. Farmers with money buy new machine and equipment so that they can free themselves from the renting situation. They visit their nearby dealer and negotiate and often the dealers charge them more, the farmers have no means where they can see what the current market charges are.
5. The involvement of a third party in buying machines often harm farmers, only few farmers communicate directly with the company and buy machines at company charges.
6. Dealers who deal in agriculture machine and equipment’s currently use manual register system which already holds many flaws.
7. Dealers who have excess amount of machine and equipment’s, which they hold for the renting purpose often they are not able to rent all of them out. Mostly they are unreachable to many farmers.
8. Dealers who rent out machine and equipment cannot see or locate where the machine is being kept or being used. Usually they get to see the machine when the time expires.
9. Dealers can only operate where their shops are; they mostly have to get into negotiations with farmers for the price which costs them quite an amount of time.
10. Organizations and Companies that make agriculture machineries and equipment’s are not able to influence all the dealers and farmers.

Agriculture is a field on which the world survive there is no doubt in this statement. The emergence of agriculture and technology is seen all around the world, in past people were farming and harvesting with the help of tools that were used by hands and man had to put his effort into them but if we compare current situation, now there are a lot of automatic machines and equipment that make this field’s work easy.Unfortunately, in the past the technology of internet was not present in Pakistan’s rural areas, at that time this project did not hold any scope as the technology was not in everyday use. The problems that the farmers and dealers face now and the fact that the information we will provide is not available for every farmer makes now the correct time to develop this project and also due to the fact that nowadays internet is a part of life even in the rural areas thus making this the right time to develop this project.

Registration page:

In this sub deliverable the users are required to fill up a form that will provide the system the initial information of the individual and saves it.

1. Allow the user to make an account on the website that will represent the user.

Profile page:

This is a deliverable that displays personal information of the users and further options.

1. Allow the facility to change personal information for correction.
2. The user will be able to save correct information in the website.

Dealer Management / Shop Manufacture:

A deliverable that getsdetails about the facilities that the dealers may provide i.e. machines, equipment’s spare parts, price, pesticides, seeds etc. and save them.

1. Allow the dealers to make a shop on the website and options to make corrections.
2. The dealers will be able to represent themselves as a business entity.

Organization Management / Company Manufacture:

A deliverable that gets details about the facilities that the organization may provide like machines, equipment’s spare parts, price, pesticides, seeds etc. and save them.

1. Allow the organization to make a service point on the website and options to make corrections.
2. The organization will be able to represent themselves as a business entity.

Farmer Management / Farming Structure:

A deliverable that gets details about the farmer’s land, what type of crops that they plant and save them in to the system

Deliverable that will provide machine and equipment in a bulk quantity from which the farmers can choose.
