There are lots of issue which we face through manual work, to avoid and reduce paper work and waste of time and disturbance we prefer to implement online systems. Suppose during admission session students suffer from lots of manual effort to fulfill an admission form to get admission. Teachers have pay many difficulties to submit the students result manually. Sometime students/teachers are not updated. They become disturbed due to not getting update notifications, results, timetables and subject related materials etc. So they bear variousproblem due to this.The system enables the student to fill application forms online and submit it. They also submit their necessary documents.The Manager can view the application forms and can approve or disapprove them and give response to the applicant. If it is approved or not in both cases an email will be sent to the Student’s email ID and the admit card can be downloaded from the student’s account. The students can further view their results. System allow the teachers to enter the results of students on the website and students have to access their results through their student account and after that they are also allow to view their mark sheets. In this way reduce the manual work and replace it with a Digitalize system to facilitate the user.

Project Objectives

Implement the system to resolve these issues. The system is an internet based web application which can be accessed from anytime anywhere basis. The system  has user friendly, simple  and standard interface, the management of thedepartment, teachers, employees, students  can easily interact and  use the system. This system helps in reducing the manual work and consumes less time rather than the current running manual system in the department and make work easy and digital.

Project Implementation Method

The website could built using the latest technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JQUERT etc.The project work is distributed in the team members. And first we analys and design the project then we implement the different modules and test them. In last we integrated all the modules together and test them to get the request result of the project then we deploye it in the department of the Computer Science and also ready a documentary of the proposed project.

The system enables the student to fill application forms online and submit it. They also submit their necessary documents like passport size photograph, certificates and mark sheets  along with the  identity proof. The  Manager can view  the  application forms and can approve or 
disapprove them. He can submit the marks and details of the students. If it is approved or not in both cases an email 
will be sent to the Student’s email ID and the admit card can be downloaded from the student’s account. The students can further view their results.
System allow the teachers to enter the results of students on the website and update them and students have to access to view their results through their student account and after that they are also allow to view their 
mark sheets. Through the system users/student get the notification, time table scheduling and also subject related material provided by the teachers.

The system give access to the teachers to take attendance of the student through online system , it reduce the time taken by the manual attendance system through the attendance sheets. Teacher take the attendance and submit it and it will go to the management.

Benefits of the Project Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The success crietria of the proposed project is to create and deploye Digitalize system for the Computer Science Department of Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur, Sindh.

Replace the current admission system, attendance system, get updated time table, notifications and updating and receiving of subject results with the Digitalize System.

In addition to above, a video would be recorded for successful demonstration of the said crietria.
