Project Summary

Go Ease Exerciser is a machine which can help you exercise or make you feel relax in this busy schedule. One can wear it in any part of body which is in tension or fatigue and there is no need to remove it again and again for tuning. You can control it completely through an andriod app so one can wear it and take it where ever he wants. Another most important feature is it senses the temperature of body and provides massage accordingly. As body in pain produces specific amount of heat according to pain intensity. So it senses and heals at the same time. If you are wearing it in your feet and feet are in more horizontal position as in relaxing mode it will turn on automatically and turn off while it is in more vertical position. One can view his previous activities by logging in to the portal. so we are creating an exerciser which is portable, automatic, intelligent and healer.

Project Objectives

The Objectives of our project are as follow:

  • Development of real-time body exerciser using low cost hardware.
  • Synchronization and calibration of hardware.
  • Development of Android application for automation for manual start and automatic body exerciser starting.
  • Sensing of muscle pressure via pressure sensor.
  • Sensing of temperature which can lead doctors to monitor the amount of heat muscles produces.
  • Store the patient exercise activities as well as pressure graph over cloud for further remote monitoring.

REASONS FOR PROPOSING PROTOTYPE DEVELOPMENT

  • We use prototype model for our project that the quick design, which is the visible elements of the software, the input and the output designed.
  • It emphasis the quick development of the software.
  • helps experimenting on technology, trying outing new skills and having different variations during the development of project
  • Our project is a compatibilty software and hardware which builds a body exerciser.Different hard are used i.e muscule sensor, heat detector flex sensor, resparypy 3.0,small screen Arduino sensors, tools, language etc
  • We will use prototype model for Go Ease Exerciser because this model is more suitable for final year project in which we will may require different changes and those changes need a quick design.

Benefits of the Project

The system will appear as one the greatest beneficiary for those who don’t give proper time to themselves in this busy and hectic routine. Can’t pay attention to their body and health. This machine would be atomize and portable as well. One can take it anywhere he want and can make her/himself relax whenever or where she/he want. The device would be connected with a mobile application which will make it more feasible to use for further. Data would be stored on cloud as one can see her/his previous activities. So it could be said the system would provide you both physical and mental health collectively

  • An atomized body exerciser that knead your body according to body requirements, can be wore at any physical part of body that is in pain or tension, portable and can be accessed through a mobile application connected via Bluetooth to make you feel more comfortable while using.
  • This device is low cost and work for the whole body perfectly.
  • Senses temperature of that specific area that is under fatigue or tension and apply pressure according to physical need of body.
  •  One can review his/her previous exercise activities and exercise accordingly.
  • Reduced time and costs: Nothing is better than projects that come in under budget. This device is low cost and work for the whole body perfectly
  • Continuous attention to technical excellence and good design: one can easily understand system with prototype and circuit diagram of the whole system.
  • User friendly machine is one of the basic goals.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Our final product will an exerciser machine which could be operatred both automatically or manually as per user demand with the documentation of each and every detail of the project. I'm hopeful that this product will be a great value and contribution for our country with the cheapest price as compared to the products available in the international market.
