In our project garbage segregation Robot the main idea is to provide a segregated waste to the recycling industries and we hope that it create better opportunities for our recycling industries to enhance the financial state of our country and on the other side the child labor will also be reduce if the segregation process is done by robot instead of children's
The project aim isto provide a better and hygienic environment in the society through proper segregation.
• There is a lot of need of garbage to be segregated properly in industrial sectors as well as the the childrens collecting garbage on the road will find it peacefull because they will get quality time to invest in getting education.
• The cost is very efficient as compare to it outcomes.
• It create a lot of business opportunities for the industrial sector.
• Garbage recycling and reuse will definently create a lot of opportunities as well as create a lot of economical norm in our country.
• The main object is to provide a economical solution to the industrial sector.
The aim of this garbage segregation robot is to detect 3 main different type of recycling waste that is Paper , metal and plastic from the dumping sites.
The waste will be detected using Different sensor such that IR , ultrasonic ( to detect distance ) and Touch sensor or might be we used Image processing (Esp32 Camera) for more accurate detection of waste
The autonomous movement of robotics arm is in 360 direction ,and the movement of robot will be controlled through a mobile application , The robotic arm is used to pick recycled waste .
The project aim to provide segregated Waste to the recycling industries and in this manner the recycling industry suffer less time so it is beneficial for the them as well as in our project the human interaction is very less so less interaction mean less
Waste separation technology is a breakthrough in waste recycling industry, because it can enable us to fully recycle the municipal waste.
So we are making a robot that reduce the man power by collecting the desired garbage from the collective garbage
Metal ,plastic and paper are the top main priorities we set in our robot arm
The robotic arm is made autonomous so that when ever we power on the system that robot arm start detecting the desire garbage Other than robot arm we have robot that moves with the command from the mobile application given to it
If robot standing on an area where it doesn’t have garbage ,we move the robot through app and its basically moveable segregation robot
Robotic arm collect the garbage and throw it into the selective container that is placed on the robot
we use capacitive sensor to detect metal ,plastic and paper
Other than sensors our proposed project have multiple gear motor to operate the robotic arm Robotics arm can easily move on 360 rotation
Implementation of garbage segregation robot used technology as a prototype that can segregate the garbage into specific or dedicated container with the help of robot and reduce the human interface or manually sorting purpose. The end project will be a robot that is moveable and can be controlled through mobile application Furthermore an autonomous robotic arm help in detecting the garbage and help in collecting it on the desire container Robot that will reduce the human involvement in these unhygienic area. The robot weight around 5-7 kg so it can easily be carried.As well as the Final product will consit of multiple Sensor used for detection of different sort of Garabe .
