Accessing information in today"s world has taken a leap with the development in technology which given way to online system to be the new management system.The need of online system has increased rapidly during these past years.Online system has been doing a very good task in eliminating the need of hard copies ,spaces,protocols and time. online sytem indicates the need of conection between the users and system. As one of the environment that invovle a large number of participents,information and resources,WUAJK also tend to benifit from the use of a time-efficient online management system. The exchange of information among Final Year Project coordinators, lecturers, supervisors,examiners and students need an effecive communication medium to ensure that no missunderstanding or lack of information that will cause delay in the completion of projects. Thus,the FYP Automation is ideal since it provides best solutions for the perious FYP management. This system is proposed as the need to inhanse the process and management system efficiency.In this project , a web based software solution will be introduced to provide a comfortable environment for FYP management. This system will be developed using software freely distributed and available to the public.

Project Objectives

• To develop an online system that is systematic and comfortable.
• To design the architecture of the system and its functionalities.
• to setup the platform ans server environment .
• To test the reliability of the system.

Project Implementation Method

We will use PhP for programming pages and for database mySql will be used there will be three modules client side , server side and database.In client side there will be students supervisor and FYP incharge.

Benefits of the Project

This project is dedicated for WUAJK but can be used in other universities too.

• It will online system so can be easily accessed from anywhere regardless of context barriers.
• It will be minimize human effoer by automatically organizing and recording all data.
• It will save time bth supervisors and students .
• communication between stakeholders will be easy and less time consuming.
