A typical wireless automation allows controlling all appliances in a house from centralized control unit. The purpose of home automation system is creating an integrated system to control all appliances to open or close it down. As far as benefits are concerned it can also facilitate disabled and special people.
The concept of voice recognition usually how it works is when a user speaks any command out the voice has been captured by microphone as input. Once the user voice is recognized it will convert analog (voice) to digital using decoding system. Then afterwards input voice is compared with the data stored in the memory early before the testing. The output of the comparison is the voice matched with any of the command trained and certain signal is produces as the input for the controlling system
The aim of our project is to introduce the concept of cloud home based automation the concept is to create an integrated system to support all house hold mechanism to work in a homogenous system through voice recognition by introducing Arduino in circuit through wires and connecting it to raspberry
Project ObjectivesThe aim of project is “cloud based house controller through Wi-Fi and voice recognition application”. We will be controlling all the electrical appliances that are connected with the switch board through our Arduino switch board. Arduino will be connected in every room’s switch board. All the Arduinos will be then controlled by Raspberry pi which will be connected to the main circuit (acting as a center) and for the mobile application we will utilizing the blynk server that is accessible as it’s a cloud based project. Goal is that it will be connected to the Raspberry pi, if your mobile phone is connected with the Wi-Fi then you can control your connected electrical appliances to the Arduino from outside the house.
