There is a lot of project done which use traditional method to detect fire through physical sensor, and some of them use computer vision as well. Both method used separately which not give accurate result. There are two problem seen in both system, in sensor air particle may effect and produce fault in system and generate false alarm and in another system image can be make error in understanding to system during video. Therefore all these conventional model do not give proper solution to detect fire. In our project I used both techniques to create more accurate result.
Project Objectives- To make a system which is well organized and intelligent and real-time acknowledge which is timely demand to this increasing population word
- To replace the old system which is not accurate and having no decision making algorithm with our system which provide complete safety using new technique as compare to worn once
- It also reduce the cost ( lidar & other sensors) and come up with a real time decision making and notifying system
- Providing an efficient and costless system which is quick and easy to control before damage
- It is also helpful to maximize the fire in horde place because it use different techniques at once to solve this problem
- To give a solution for protecting the lives and losses which can occur due to unintentionally whatever the reason is
The proposed system consist a unique work which is based on IOT (internet of things) sensors and image processing. In the module I use camera for capture fire in real time using image processing techniques and same time I use sensor (Smoke sensor, flame sensor) to detect fire. System use micro controller (Arduino Uno) through which we integrate both sensors. When camera detect the fire, the image send to the main system where system apply image processing algorithm (Sobel edge detection, Gaussian Blur, RGB Color model, Tensor flow, OpenCV library ) to identify fire in video/image. After applying all technique, system save the reading and then match it with micro controller reading if both become same then system generate a notification. There are two type of notify system one send message to mobile phone through android app and another siren which is easy way to control the fire before it get fast and harm and valuable things.
Benefits of the ProjectFire Detecting and Notifying Using Image and Data Processing provide fire notify system. The system is useful in thong, mines, hospital, Industry, University, School, Offices and houses as well. Our main aim is to reduce fire in commercial places and protect the people and also there valuable commodities from damage. The idea of fire detecting using sensor and image processing techniques will be the best and effective solution. People can use to preserve their lives and precious property by using this. System also work on notify model which help to inform the user before any distress.

In our project I used both techniques to create more accurate result.There are many issues we can see surrounding us which cause of fire. In Karachi Three hundred employees are killed in factory fires the reason was there is no proper system to expose fire before it get fast.The existing system fire recognition using sensor are just limited to broadcast accurate result instead of this we need to use camera and sensor at once which can scrutinize the situation by taking decision of their own.
Most of the fire snag we see in schools college and houses and they are the important place where we need to build a system to stop it before any human harm. Our system is cheap and effective for everywhere .There is a Lidar(light detection & ranging) sensor which is costly and some time it’s output is not correct when the light is too high and also it detect any other object which is seen like fire flame so we need something trustable and accurate system which is give a real time solution for this.
