Problem Statement In the current system to request an emergency Response team you have to dial a number then wait for an operator to pick up then explain your situation and then explain your address in detail this can be time consuming and we know in situations like these every second is important even after this process finding exact location is still difficult for response teams Proposed Solution To counter this issue we plan to implement a smart system where a user would create his account on our application (mobile app or windows app) entering important information like addresses (like home, office etc.), medical history and other information that is required in these types of situations so when an emergency response is required you can save a lot of precious time A registered user can request from 3 types of response teams
• Fire department
• Police department
• Medical department
just one click away then you will be required to enter some information and at what location you want the emergency to be dispatched you can either use a saved location or a new one on G maps then the request will be transferred to the nearest respective department where registered operators can deal with the dispatch replacing HUMAN-HUMAN interaction with HUMAN-COMPUTER interaction.
Project Objectives
The main objective of this project is to help user and response team in situations like accident, fire and crime. Response team will find the user easily and user will have the help near it.

The Emergency Response System will contribute hugely in society where people will feel safer.
The project is based on Andoird and web platforms there is an app for user and 3 different apps for 3 types of dispatchers i-e fire crime and health department all aps make use of CLoud storage service firebase and local database SQLite we have used ML,AI algos like fuzzy logic for problem solving to create a complete product

Our goals for this product are to make the process of requesting an emergency uncomplicated and easy to use and as quick as possible.
People in emergencies are mostly in a state of panic and maybe disoriented we plan to build this product keeping these factors in mind and to provide as much relief as possible.

Emergency Response system uses services of Google Maps, for showing maps and displaying the current location of a user and response team on maps, The Google maps API is used for this purpose.
Project also uses Google Cloud Console API for adding polylines to maps for connecting two distinct location with a line.
