Project Objectives- To be able to design an energy system sufficient enough to run an electric car with better mileage.
- To introduce a better Eco friendly and energy efficient transport vehicle.
- Many countries have already worked on the electric cars.
- Usage of rechargeable batteries leading to less fuel expenses
- Electric vehicles are making an huge impact in the international market, there are many users of EV specially in European countries.
The vehicle will use a large traction battery pack to power the electric motor and must be plugged in to a charging station or wall outlet to charge.
For a Go-Kart the ideal motor specifications are that we will try to apply are:
- Voltage: 60V
- Ampere Rating: 33A
- Power Rating: 1.5 kW
- Speed: 2500-3000 rpm
Motor Controller Specs:
- Voltage 60V
- Power Rating 2 kW
- Ampere Rating 40A
- Electric car is cheaper to maintain.
- It doesn’t require petrol or diesel to run an electric car, which means it will not emit any harmful gases which effects our environment and human health.
- Using of an electric car eliminates your fuel cost.
We are working on DC motor, motor controller and throttle.
