In commonly used electrical bicycles there were usually two sources i.e, battery and energy generated by peddaling which does not last long enough.Therefore in our designed system alongwith these sources we plan on using solar cells and energy produced as a result of brakes which would increase the efficiency of the system to a great extent.

Project Objectives

We plan on using four inputs i.e., solar energy,wall charging,regenerative braking and charging through paddeling.this will be cost effective as compared to normal electric bicycles and as well as fuel driven bikes.

1. 150 W,12 V solar pannel

2. 450 W,24V DC motor

3. 220 VAC wall charging

4. Flying wheel for regenerative braking prototype
