Water is the most important resource which needs to be managed smartly and save creatures of earth, so this circuit is designed to determine the water level especially in Water Tank. As the water level decreases from the level then the motor will automatically ON. As the water level increases from the level then motor will automatically OFF, The Internet, invention of the century, has completely revolutionized the world and brought people closer to each other than ever before. The advancement in technologies of computing, communication brings the next generation of Internet, Internet of Things. As the population and urbanization increases, the cities must transform to Smart Cities which can be achieved with the help of the Internet of Things. Water is one of the vital resources for the existence of human life and so the Smart water management system has a key role in smart cities.
Before we used smart technologies, we faced a lot of problems in water tanks. Today, water scarcity almost affects every continent in our world. If we remain ignorant about this, our future generations will suffer because of us. so, water conservation is the need of Pakistan. They generally pump water from the ground to a tank, which stores the water. but most of the time, we switch on the pump and forget about it.

Recent studies indicate that poor rural families can double their income if they have access to their own water well, while low-cost irrigation technologies can triple annual profits During the past ten years, many new technologies have been developed and existing techniques have been improved. The provision of Internet of Things capabilities in Smart water Tank scenarios can be achieved if we consider some considerations from the business, social and technical point of view. Here we list the main benefits of providing IoT in water management scenarios water management companies and associations can use real-time operational control to make smarter business decisions and reduce operating costs. They use real-time data from sensors and actuators to monitor and improve water management infrastructures, making them more efficient, reducing energy costs and minimizing human intervention and efforts

Many countries are adopting smart meters for effective water utilization, and they further save cities against increasing water scarcity while setting permanent water-saving goals for consumers. With the rise in urbanism, the demand for water consumption is increasing day-by-day, forcing water distributors to strive hard to meet those demands. Supplying water to every corner of the world and calculating water consumption is the biggest challenge in the water sector. A smart water meter favours dynamic water billing, which eliminates the need for manual supervision every month in each household. It supports real-time web-based metering that helps provide live alerts about the leaks, water getting wasted.

4.3 SENSOR CONNECTION WITH NODEMCU
In our project we use HCSR04 commonly known as Ultra-sonic sensor to detect the water level of a tank.In the below section the complete connections with NodeMCU are described.
4.31 HCSR-04 Sensor for Water Level Detection
Now a days everyone faces the problem of water level of a tank and the overflow of water from tank. To overcome this problem, we use ultrasonic sensor to detect the water level of a tank.
When tank is empty the led of Empty is turned in Smart app. when water reaches to medium level, led for medium is turned on when water level reaches to full, then the led for full is turned on. Finally, when water is going to overflow the Alert Led of smart App turned On.

- The Gnd pin of HCSR-04 sensor with the Gnd pin of NodeMCU.
- The Echo pin of HCSR-04 sensor with the D5 pin of NodeMCU.

4.4 APPLICATION INITIALIZATION
For initializing an application go to your mobile play store and search Blynk App.
After this install the Blynk application. when the installation is completed, Open the Blynk application and click on the create new account, for creating new Account provide your valid Email Address and set the password then click on Sign Up.Now Click on New Project because we want to start a new project,Set the project name Smart App and choose device NodeMCU.Then Set the connection type Wi-Fi which we are using and press the create button.After this the blynk application sent an Auth Token to your provided mail.check your mail,open the blynk mail and copy the Auth Token and paste into your Arduino code.Now go to the project setting of your Smart App, see the wedge access option and turn it on, Now set the widgets into the main window of Smart App.Including Gauge,Eventor,Notification widget,Button and six Leds.Now, Click the gauge widget and set the name as Water Level and select the pin Virtual, set the input pin to V5 and change the values from 0 to 15 and 1023 to 0. Now change the label as % .Now go back by clicking the arrow at the top left of the App window. Then,Click the Led and set the name as AlERT and select the pin Virtual, set the input pin to V9 and set the led color red .Now go back name all the leds as FULL, MEDIUM, EMPTY, MOTOR ON and MOTOR OFF. Select the pin Virtuals and set input pin to V8,V7,V6,V3,V4 and set colors as yellow,green,blue,red for on and white for off respectively and press OK.
