                                          We have noticed that when every organization have to get procurement of many products they use manual methods for the procurement of particular products which requires more effort and also it is a time taking process. They contact vendors through mails or by physical means which are not good as they have to use different platforms for different processes of procurement. In the manual methods there are huge chances of human error. Which can cause huge losses to an organization. The other problem with the manual method of procurement is that there is no transparency in that process. 

                                       While keeping this problem in mind we are developing an Easy Procurement web based system. This platform will get all the procurement processes to be done on one platform and also will make records of all the previous procurements. This platform will also keep the strong feedback system.

Easy procurement web based system is the platform on which vendors will get registered in different categories such as electronic etc. When an organization need any product, they will just post detail the particular product and when vendors see a post they will put a request with his proposed amount. After it all the requests will be visible to organization (which will be sorted according to the ratings of venders). Organization will have the option to accept a request or reject a request. There will be an option for organization through which later any time they can check all the requests sent for procurement of a particular product. This will bring transparency in the procurement process of an organization.

this it will also save a time in which organization have search for different vendors. Transparency is key aspect for every organization. And our system will bring transparency in the organization. The time of every organization is very important. And our platform will save their time and plus human force. This web based system will also minimize the human chances of human error. As one small human error can cause huge loss to an organization. Our system will make all procurement system of an organization to be handle from the office without visiting the market.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

         The Easy Procurement web is a new self-contained software product which will be developed in order to overcome the problems that have occurred due to the current manual system.[4] The newly introduced system will provide an easy access to the system and it will contain user   friendly   functions   with   attractive   interfaces.   The   system   will   give   better   options   for   the problem related to the procurement process. It will also provide platform to vendors to sell their products to different organization. It will also bring transparency in the procurement process. The final outcome of this project will increase the efficiency of almost all the tasks done related to procurement in a much convenient manner
