“Easify” is a web-based ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system for Makkah Corporation to maintain their finances and employees. Easify provides different functionalities like maintaining account ledgers, company’s invoices and expenses and maintaining inventory. The company can now perform all its operations through one digital platform and have all the records and reports in a secure space.

Project Objectives

1. Digitize all the company’s operations.
2. The company would maintain its accounts and invoices.
3. Make the platform secure for the data to be safe.
4. Manage the inventory of the company to keep track of the stock.
5. Provide all reports and stats by just the click of a button.

Project Implementation Method

It will be Implemented Using MERN stack and cloud service.

Software will be provided to customers Software as a Service.

Users can access all the modules any time for operations.

3 types of user can have access of Easify: Admin, Sales Manager and Accountant.

Other Users can also be added on demand.

Benefits of the Project

Web-Based ERP system by SAAS technology instead Desktop application to restrict user from accessing system from only one physical location.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Application user manual and training session will be given to users after deployment.
