E-farming aims to help common people to grow and harvest the seasonal crops and vegetable on their own will out of any peer lodge. Our objective is to provide an android application, which will be handy for our customers. This application requires location access for current location, Dimensions for square Feet, weather and climate conditions, so our system will recommend the user what crops they could grow on their lands. Through location, application will get weather forecast of that area to provide precise crop suggestion system will assist the households and farmers in a manner that which crops to grow according to the climate.
E-Farming will provide Soil testing through Digital Image processing to its user. User can take picture of the soil and application will show the fertility of soil.
User will turn on the location of android mobile phone; GPS will locate location of user and its surroundings so system can analyse the weather forecast of that area.
Two main modules are Gardening and Farming. Gardening block is for small area and provides suggestions for a flowers plants and vegetables whereas farming block provides suggestions for large scale farming crops.
The purpose of this android application is to provide our users a platform where they can learn and get suggestions about growing crops on their lands. Those people who were not aware of how to grow a specific plant. User will get suggestions according to their climate conditions and they will get to know about how many crops they can grow according to their climate and location. User will get information for every crop like how many times they will water their crops in a week, when will they have to use pesticides, fertilizers and when will their crops will be ready to harvest.
The objectives of our applications are as follows:
Initial phase:
It includes the gathering of data,testing Information and catagories of the data collected,after ploting out the plans to manupulating with the data according to user(Enviroment problem)needs and also it include the data set from various farm knowledge, Climate ,Crops and land area.
Dependencies and independencies.
Establishment phase:
This phase aims to fully comitted to work on the raw data collected by different means on catagorizing it into an order to shape it into a software application.Training the system according to different data i.e crops, weather, soil testing.
Methodology Approach:
We have used Object Oriented Programming Approach to develope this project.In the object-oriented approach, the focus is on capturing the structure and behavior of information systems into small modules that combines both data and process.
It will provide up-to-date information on the physical properties and processes affecting the quality of the environment and plant production. It will be a "first-up" volume which will nicely complement the recently published Encyclopedia of Soil Science.

At the conclusion of this we implement all the reqirements we needed for Efarming and we are going to turn our this idea into a successful software application. This is what we aimed for.

Dramatic breakthroughs in processing power along with the number of extra features included in these devices have opened the doors to a wide range of commercial possibilities. In particular, most cell phones regularly include cameras, processors comparable to PCs from only a few years ago, and internet access.
We are targeting the sector in which smartphones can be used to provide the farmer with the details of all different types of crops that they can harvest and the best efficient way in which they can get the yield.
Our product provides multiple benefits for users such as to give timely information on weather forecast, better and spontaneous farming and agriculture practice, reduction of farming risk. Our product give real time information.
E Farming will be a user friendly application and we will deliver fo;;owomg features to the user:
1 :Gardening Block:
This feature gives information about gardening like how and when to grow vegetables and crops in garden. This feature requires land area parameters and after that, it will give suggestion that either you can grow crops and vegetables on this land or not. This is the major feature and has high priority.
Stimulus/Response:
Application will show two modules including Gardening block. If user want to grow crops and vegetables on their garden, then user will click on this feature and after that user will get all the information regarding home gardening.
2: Farming Block:
Farming Block is a major feature. This feature gives suggestion and information about crops which user has to grow on their farms. This feature only works for wide area.
Stimulus/Response Sequences:
Farming block gives response and information about farming. User will click on the farming block and it will suggest the user about crops and vegetables according to climate and weather.
3: Location:
Location is also main feature. This feature must demand the user to turn on their location so that our application will give suggestion according to location and weather.

This feature gives suggestion about crops that what kind of crops user can grow.

Crop suggestion will be given to the user so that user may get to know that what kind of crops they can grow on their lands.
6: Planting Calendar:
Planting calendar will inform the date of watering and sowing seeds etc. to the user.
Stimulus/Response Sequences:
When the user clicks on a crop a small calendar will be shown, that will show how many times in a week user have to water their plants & crops, when they have to sow seeds, when to harvest.
7: Soil Testing:
E-Farming will provide Soil testing through Digital Image processing (DIP) to its user. User can take picture of the soil and application will show the fertility of soil.
Stimulus/Response Sequences:
User will click on the soil-testing feature; picture of the soil will be required where user wants to grow crops. Through this feature, users will know the soil condition of their land.
8: Feedback:
After using the application, user will give feedback about our application. The user can rate or submit the feedback directly from the app screen.
