Dr. Smart: Responsive Health Monitoring System using Blockchain Network
The purpose of this project is to provide an easy solution for medical doctors, hospitals and patients. This will provide hospital’s locality and doctor’s speciality for those who would be unaware of relevant doctor. In this project, we will develop a website and an android application for both patients and doctors. Through website users can view hospital locality and doctor’s timing and can get appointment. Through the android app users will find and locate nearby hospital, get appointment and can get other related information. This project could provide help for hospital management and other employees to find and inform doctors and other staff members. This project will also provide a facility for marking attendance and its record maintenance. The developed system will be implemented in real world environment for testing and validation. The final deliverable will be a complete solution for a hospital and users called Dr.smart: Responsive health monitoring system.
For the improvement of our application we have adopted the Scrum (agile method) methodology. We have selected this methodology because we are developing our project in increment forms and showing the result to supervisore then if any change is required then supervisor tells us changes according to our project.

This application and website divided into several module (Sprint) and then project more divided module into functionalities and then starting the spring life cycle and then will be delivering the work into increments.
This project is divided into several categories.
Sprint 1:
In first sprint, the doctor’s module is developed. There are some activities in this module in android application UI have been developed such as (Registration, Login, attendance, Update information, doctor’s leave, disease information, patient checklist and logout).
And we have develop some part of website which is hospital’s admin module. In hospital’s admin module some activities have been developed such as (Registration, login, doctor’s registration, patient’s registration, staff information etc.).
Sprint 2:
In second sprint, the GUI connecting with database and hospital’s admin and main admin panel will be developed completely.
Sprint 3:
In third sprint, the patient’s and doctor’s module will be connected with database, Google map API will be integrated and front end development of website for every user will be developed and both application will be connected with database.
Sprint 4:
In fourth sprint, all modules will be integrated and testing will be performed.
