Renting your property you may face many problems like late payments, rent arrears, property damage, lack of understanding between two parties. This application will be built on php framework Laravel. There are many applications either web based or mobile based that have been built but almost all of them lacks some limitations for example having no navigational support and no agreement option via application. And even if the application has rent option there is no option to rent the property for per night instead of months or years. This application covers all the property categories and option for online payments. A user can either rent a property for days or a month and also can buy property and sale it via this application.

• To provide Onboard signup and login with social media authorization, authorization via mail.
• To promote customer satisfaction.
• To provide Filtering out different options and categories.

Project Implementation Method

This project will have working just like an online portal where user registered themselves as buyer and seller to buy, sell and rent the property. This project is going to adapt to waterfall model. The development spans across four phases namely: Analysis, Design, Implementation and Testing. During the analysis phase all the requirements will be gathered for this project using research method. And when all the requirement will be complete and approved design phase will begin.

In the design phase the user interface will be designed on adobe xd and a prototype will be tested once satisfied with the UI and UX. The coding phase will begin in which Laravel framework will be used and front end will be developed for the application followed by the backend. Firebase, Mongodb or Mysql database will be used in the project depending on the size of data. The project will be implemented and testing phase will begin where all the functions of the website would be tested as well as the user experience and different testing methods will be used to assure application does not crash.
