The counter is fitted with two IR sensors each at the exit and entrance of the enclosed room. The device will show the exact number of people inside the room to signify when the room limit is exceeded and people can no longer enter inside compared to the buzzer already included. |

Project ObjectivesTo analyze Consumer traffic whilst designing a user-friendly and safe counter system
Project Implementation MethodThe system will work on the entrance gate through which the sensors can detect the bi directional visitors and count them. If the visitors enter the system will add and if they leave the system will minus them. And if the hall or any other commercial place filled with the visitors the system will notify.
Benefits of the Project- To analyze Consumer traffic whilst designing a user-friendly and safe counter system.
- It will show the exact figure of bi directional visitors
- This project aims to aid institutions, offices and large establishments in crowds’ control and energy consumption
The counter system is designed to detect the number of visitors entering or leaving the premises. The experiment is performed in a room. A total of five scenarios were considered.
