In today’s era, everyone wants convenience and comfort in daily life activities but everywhere, it is not possible. 

Bannu is an ancient and populous city and still its follow manual system for bus ticketing so that’s why people are facing many problems especially ladies because of parda system and disable person because they reserve their bus tickets physically by standing in a huge queue before counter. They cannot go to the admin for taking information about their vehicles rates. 

 Taking this statement, we came to the solution. In this project we will make an android base application and provide a web base platform that allows visitors to check bus ticket availability buy bus ticket and cancel their seats online especially for Ladies and disable persons because they do not need to go to the counter physically to reserve their seats in the behalf of their own choice and payment can made by using credit or debit card.. Digital travels bus system also deals with maintenance of records of each passenger who had reserved a seat for journey.

The objective of Digital travels project is to automate whole vehicle rental and reservation also declare route, destination, frequent stops and cost. So, Customers do not need to call & spend unnecessary time in order to reserve vehicle and seat reservations. This project is useful for all the companies in bannu as user can take information related to any bus company very easily.

The main objectives of the Digital travels are 

To save the time to eliminate manual effort and to make transportation more comfortable. Making reservation fast, user friendly avoid the unnecessary delay in reservation. To improve whole Bus management system and time table available in app. Every rate of tickets should be available It can handle lots of records and reports efficiently. Enabling customers to check the availability and find their desired rates of bus tickets online. To automatic reservation of vehicles where a customer can buy ticket through the online system without a need to queue up at the counter to purchase a bus ticket that is helpful for ladies and disables person to reserve their seats without any hassle.

     Payment is made through debit and credit card. Verification SMS would confirm the seat. Ability of customers to cancel their reservation .Admin user privileges in updating and cancelling payment, route and vehicle records providing special concession to physically and disabled customer. Providing with discount regular customers and reduce rate if two way travel.

Provide information by ringing tune through calendar before moving the bus. Admin easily keep the record. Maintain the record of Cancellation and reserve seats. Admin also add manual tickets information in websites.

The activities for developing Android app and website are as below.

Use for the Google API’s

The term would develop an android application used software platform like Firebase and Android studio and for a website we use Visual studio. In this project we will follow and implement the Agile Process Model.

Agile Process Model

Agile SDLC model is a combination of iterative and incremental process models that focus on process adaptability and customer satisfaction by rapid delivery of working software product. Agile Methods break the product into small incremental builds. These builds are provided in iterations. Each iteration typically lasts from about one to three weeks. Every iteration involves cross functional teams working simultaneously on various areas like ?

At the end of the iteration, a working product is displayed to the customer and important stakeholders. 

The application and website would be deliverable to the users with an interface that is tempting and user friendly especially for company owner. It would deliver better service by contracting relevant people for the job to the end user (who faces a problem) and would result in a technological impact among the user and company owner.

Prototype delivery (via marketing personally) 

Visiting personally to convince the companies’ owners to offer their services on this app and keep their services record in this website.

The survey activities would be carried out by using survey methodologies like opinions, behavior and factual information.

A big advantages of online bus booking is the amount of convince it offers. It allows you to book bus tickets from any part of the city. Also with offline booking, you had to send someone else to book the tickets for you if you cannot make it to the area physically.

               To save staff time and get paid quicker. Ladies don’t need to go to the counters 

         That waste their precious time. Remove the bottleneck of phone booking systems.

                Maximize reservation easy to manage calendar. Provide relief to the disable and needy people. Increased revenue thanks to up selling and business is open around the clock. Save time and cost effective solution Easy to use and helpful for people .Needed people can easily access their needs. No third party involvement makes it efficient. Time table facility will helpful for works and passengers. Special concession to physically and disabled customer will support poor and needy persons.

Electronicic booking tickting app for customer:.   

Customers need to register their account with the app provider to get this going.Once done ,customers can access the available tickets and reserve their  seats online.

Search for a vehicles::

Customers can check availability of tickets and can reserve seats according to their needs.

Book a ride::

Customers apply for online ticket reservation and after seat confirm customer receive veeification SMS that confirm the seat.

Vehicle record website  for company:::

In this website admin can enter the record of resevation and also check cancel seats record,maintain the record and also enter manual tickets record.

Receving payment::

Payment can made through debit card and credit card very easily using this app.
