In this project, a study on AI Thermometer is presented. Artificial Intelligence is enhancing day by day and making humans life easier. We can detect humans by training our machine by using machine learning. With the help of these machine learning algorithms we can detect a lot of people in seconds and make our work easy and efficient. With the help of AI, we can decrease the number of people working in lot of domains where computer can take their place. Related to that AI thermometer are designed to make scanning of large number of people in less time and without making a person stand out there for a long period of time. As COVID-19 limits us to stay away from each other and have very less interaction with each other. So, these AI thermometers help us in remote monitoring of temperature of large number of people in very less time. AI Thermometer works on a principle of machine learning algorithms and infrared thermographic system for remote monitoring of temperature of humans. The paper describes the design and construction of a prototype of AI Thermometer that can be used for remote measuring of human temperature. The proposed design approach offers a number of advantages such as cost-effectiveness and less interaction with humans for detection. It is due to the fact that it can be time-efficiently developed with easily available materials/resources. Besides, its fabrication demands neither long processing time nor specialized skills. Thus, both technical and non-technical persons with minimal training can construct it either for commercial or domestic usage. The measurement results show that apart from being a cost-effective solution, the constructed AI Thermometer offers high-efficiency and takes less time for measurement benefits too.
AI Thermometer plays an important role in COVID-19 pandemic. This project is based on the design and construction of AI Thermometer for remoter monitoring of temperature. IR Thermographic system is used for measuring of temperature by using IR images captured using thermal cameras. A thermal mass fever screener, also referred to as an IR mass fever screener, uses infrared (IR) sensors and artificial intelligence technology to locate and pinpoint human faces and measure the skin’s temperature from a distance. In this way this technology helps support social distancing while still being able to quickly screen out potentially infected individuals by measuring elevated body temperatures. High-tech infrared sensors are able to read thermal data at long range distances. This technology has been used by the military and law enforcement exclusively in the past but is now affordable and has been transformed into usable public sector devices to help with many situations, including thermal car cameras and thermal security cameras. Now infrared and thermal tech proves itself useful for fever detection and quick screening of big groups of people in the face of the coronavirus pandemic.

The main benefit is to detect temperature of personnel at the entry points of the halls, offices etc as protection measures against COVID-19. Neutral Network learning is used to make this process fast and more accurate by training our device in capturing the human beings and their temoperature. Alarm system is added to detect the infected person as it’s temperature is more than the normal temperature. We can add atomatic lock system on doors to make entry of only not infected persons by using this AI device. We can take temperature of a huge gathering by using this AI device and also detect who is violating the COVID-19 protocols by adding a safe distance voilation function in this AI device. We can also train this AI device to tell us about details of a person passing in front of thermal imaging device. It will be very helpful for military and other organizations by using this AI device in entrance doors to detect temperatures and inform details of person passing by front of this device.
