As we know that both Plastics and Petroleum derived fuels are Hydrocarbons that contain the elements of Carbon & Hydrogen. Pyrolysisprocess becomes an option of waste-to-energy technology to deliver bio-fuel to replace fossil fuel.
Project Objectives1.Design and fabrication of plastic waste to fuel conversion plant
2.Reducing fuel consumption for heating plastic
3.Make useful use of byproduct of the process like gas fuel and solid waste (char)
4.Analyzing the resultant liquid fuel (studying its Density, Viscosity, Flammability, Calorific Value)
