The purpose of this project is to develop an oil pump performance test bench. The objective of test bench is to monitor the performance of oil pump under varying conditions. If we install the pump without testing and if the pump is not feasible, it is the wastage of time, labour and cost and it can also harm the equipment or surroundings. Before using it in actual application, performing test in a factory is an important task because at that stage if test reveals that adjustment need to be made, it becomes feasible to remove the pump off and made the necessary corrections.
The objective of oil pump endurance test bench is to monitor the performance of oil pump in varying conditions

Fabrication of a machine that will be easy to operate and economical for industrial applications.
We will use pressure gauges, flow meter and temperature sensors for the measurement of pressure flow and temperature at outlet and inlet.
We will apply the fluid mechanics knowledge.
Logic programmable controller will be used to show the conditions.
A Motor will be used to provide RPM to pump.
