Gas Geyser is one the most important item used everywhere now a days such as home , industries and officies etc but they are not too much economic and they required alot of time to rise the temperature of water for normal use and they consume alot of gas during this whole process of working .So to prevent all these consequences we design a gas geyser to increase its efficieny more than that geyser which are currently using now a days as the efficiency will increases it will take less time to heat up water and we will save the energy which is burn due to the burning of gas that makes our project economic.

Project Objectives
  1. Minimize the heat loss in the Gas Geyser 
  2. Increase the thermal efficiency of the gas geyser
Project Implementation Method
  1. At first open the inlet valve which is cold water of geyser and water will start moving and fill up tha storage tank of geyserr
  2. Then we will start the burner.
  3. After the start of burner at the bottom heat will generate from the bottom and and heat goes up through fluevent pipe which is at the centre of geyser.
  4. As the temperature will rise slowly the cold water at the bottom will start moving upwards due to decrease in desnity of water it goes upward in the tank of geyser.
  5. At the centre through the fluevent water start to circulate around it and according to our design the tubes we use in fluevent pipe water will also rotates and move through them.
  6. Due to whole these process the temperature of water will increase quickly in our project as compared to other geysers.
  7. With the increase of time we will measures the temperatures of water with temperatures sensors and note down how much temperature increases and how much energy we save in short time as compares to other geysers.
Benefits of the Project
  1. We save time to heat up water .
  2. we save our gas which burns and gives heat energy which makes it economic.
  3. we minimize the heat loss and due to this it is efficient as compared to other geysers .
  4. we also minimze the exhaust of heat from the fluevent .
Technical Details of Final Deliverable

We use hollow pipes at angle at temperature difference along the length of fluevent pipe and we use cutting process ,drilling process and weilding process to fix these hollow pipes in the fluevent and we use thermostats to control the temperature and flame of the burner and use the temperature measuring instruments which includes digital water sensors , temperature guns and digital thermometers and for the flow we use the flow gauges and for the safety purpose of geyser we use safety valve at the outlet of geyser which controls the pressure inside the tank of geyser as pressure rise the safety valve open and release the pressure inside it.
