In the present scenario, these Wash stations are totally manually operated which consumes time & requires man power. Where as in sparsely populated areas, the labor cost is more, due to less population density. Due to less availability of labor, and climatic conditions some of these wash stations wouldn’t be open for 24 by 7. Keeping these factors in mind, a Electrical approach is made to design an a PLC based Automatic Car Washing System, which would be cost effective, open 24 by 7, minimum labour required and optimum time taken to wash an a vehiclle. The vehicle has to be parked in a specific region, wherein using image processing a close loop system will be generated which guides the robotic arm to align itself wash station. Once the arm has aligned itself, the customer has to enter wash plains as an input. The wash station gets actuated and the station begins its task. When plc based wash system complete its task, the wash station stops the supply of water and and the arm returns to its initial position. Using this approach even the owner could monitor the pump online from any corner of the world.

Nowadays technology and Advancements are happening in every part of this world. There is no field of science where advancement isn't happening and likewise we are also planning on doing something contributing in this advancing world. In Pakistan the industry of refueling is increasing day by day as of the increase in the vehicles in Pakistan are growing largely.
Current refueling pumps are operated by man power and without man power we cannot operate them. So we are thinking of making an automatic refueling system which will require zero man power and the person who is there for refueling from our automatic refueling system will be entertained by our system in the vehicle without getting out of the vehicle.
So we will develop a system with zero man power and fully automatic
