The title of the Project is “identification of criminals across Pakistan”. The application that would be developed automates the existing criminal records that contains personal information about a particular person along with photograph and Fingerprint, eyes detection and past crime events. Criminals can easily be identifiable, to identify the criminals even if they change their appearance as application will maintain their record. Application will exploit face detection and eye detection algorithms. Project Objectives

The objective of making project of “Identification and tracking of criminals across Pakistan” because of increasing crime rate in Pakistan.

The purpose of this project is to design and implement mobile application for tracking and identification of a criminal so that the crime rate will decrease. In most crimes, criminals may wear a mask which covers a majority of their face, application contains their image in database it will be match eye, color, size of face, forehead match from some present video or image the criminal will be recognized, and it will be track with the help of their information.

Project Implementation Method

User will logging then he/and she add the picture of suspect, the application matches it to the record of all criminals if matched found it will show all the details of crime ,and it can also be checked in real time with the help of web-cam.

Admin upload pictures of criminal in database so when user add any suspect picture application match it with the picture in database. If match found user will notify about that otherwise no result appears.

Application are using “Agile process model” because it makes easier to have greater control over the projects. Agile project model focuses on both, delivering quality and value to the customer and completing the project within the given project constraints with minimum resources. Increased flexibility enabling teams to easily adapt to change. Better control of projects.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Since this system is about the identifying individuals using partial. face recognition, this system will have simple interfaces to interaction with users. In functional requirements section it will shows the procedures of the proposed system and what will be the functional outcome of the system. Then under non-functional requirements. it will describe the performance. usability and security of the system.

User Interface Module

Actually, every application has one user interface for accessing the entire application. In this application also we are providing one user interface for accessing this application. The user interface designed completely based on the end users. It is provided friendly accessing to the users. This user interface has attractive look and feel. Technically I am using the of for preparing this user interfaces.

Admin Module

In this module we have Create, Delete, Update, Login, adding details, Update process, Delete process, Logout. It is first module of application from where admin can handle all activities related data entry, updating, or deleting.

Client Module

Client has a view of Client module from where he must control activities in his domain. He has a control to Add, Delete, or Update the module of a criminal record.
