The controlling is meant to get our desribable output as ours needs.Apart from it coontrolling mechansim led to the idea of that,we could vary it's function as our needs so here we are providing the the solution and making it automatically that can perform variable functions performer.
Project ObjectivesMotor's Speed will be able to rotate in both anticlockwise or clockwise direction.
Motor's Speed will not be lesser than base speed.
Instant shutdown when speed of motor is higher than it's maximum output speed.
Project Implementation MethodFor DC motor controller after being selection on dc motor so further select the processsing unit as arduino and than make a interface between motor and arduino through using DC motor driver now by using the technique of pulse width modulation make it variable to work desriable speed.
Here we make close loop system and use a sensor to sense the current when output is not equal to input or set poitnt so it shows the error value and using integral state feedback that error will be minimize to make the motor runnig at set speed without consideration of load on it.
Benefits of the Project- Motor is able to work below or above it's rated speed.
- Motor is able rotate in both Clockwise and anti clockwise direction.
- Software built in function omit tye need of person continously for change will be omit out.
- Easy to carry.
- Give mechanical protrction to the motor againt it's maximum speed.
Motor will rotate in FORWARD & BACKWARD directions.
Speed of motor will be variable.
