Configuration And Deployment of Huawei Fusion Cloud
Cloud computing as a term has been around since the early 2000s, but the concept of computing-as-a-service has been around for much, much longer, when computer bureaus would allow companies to rent time on a mainframe, rather than have to buy one themselves. These 'time-sharing' services were largely overtaken by the rise of the PC which made owning a computer much more affordable, and then in turn by the rise of corporate data centers where companies would store vast amounts of data. But the concept of renting access to computing power has resurfaced again and again -- in the application service providers, utility computing, and grid computing of the late 1990s and early 2000s. This was followed by cloud computing, which really took hold with the emergence of software as a service and hyper scale cloud computing providers such as Huawei Cloud Fusion and Amazon Web Services.
Cloud computing is the on-demand availability of computer system resources, especially data storage and computer processing, without direct active management by the user. Cloud computing facilitates the access of applications and data from any location worldwide and from any device with an internet connectivity and service platform. Cloud computing offers enterprises with powerful computing resources to compute their data hence saving them on the cost of acquiring and maintaining them. There are several benefits of cloud computing in the modern era. Scalability, Flexibility, Reduced resource costs, Efficient processing and high security are only few to mention. With ongoing advancement in IT & computing and huge amount of data processing, Cloud computing will soon become a vital necessity
To deploy and configure the Huawei Fusion Compute that virtualizes the hardware resources of a physical server by deploying virtualization software on the physical server. This will allow the physical server to have the functionality of multiple virtual servers and run multiple virtual machines (VMs).
The deployment and configuration of Huawei FusionCloud will help customers manage, publish, and integrate desktop applications and data for standard or mobile offices. Using virtualization technologies, physical resources like processors, hard disks and memory are converted into virtual resources and then integrated into VMs to provide desktop services to enterprise users.
