Problem # 1:
Many people got accidents due to traveling or some other reasons. Helper, Police, and rescue personnel are unable to find/ contact their family members or (Next of Kin) most of the time. This causes a severe delay in treatment which may lead to severe loss. They tried to find some identity from his /her belongings, they tried to use their mobile phones and other ways. Hence, it is a very hectic and time-consuming task.
Our idea is to develop an app, where every person will upload their picture, and necessary personal Information with 2-3 Emergency contacts. This information will be kept secure and will not be visible and accessible to anyone.
Whenever we need to find someone’s emergency contact, we will simply take his/ her images and will upload them on our app, our app will immediately find that person using face recognition (AI) technology and will show the emergency contact to the person. Meanwhile, our app will also send notifications via SMS and email to all victims’ emergency contact regarding the emergency updates.
In this way, our app will help to contact family members of the victims within a few seconds using AI and cloud technology. All execution such as Face recognition and other computation will be done in the cloud hence providing maximum performance and efficiency.
Problem # 2:
Every year, millions of people go missing all over the world, which causes a lot of distress for their families. These missing people could be children, mentally challenged people or elderly people having dementia or Alzheimer’s.
Traditionally, lost and found people are announced through mosques, TV channels, newspapers, and posters.
So, our idea is to develop an app to find missing citizens with the use of Face Recognition, and cloud technology.
The family of the missing citizens will report the case on our app, our app will run a face recognition algorithm to search if someone has found the citizens or not, if yes It will immediately provide the founder's Contact Information to the reporting family, and family’s information will be communicated to the founder.
If that citizen is not found, we will keep that record in our database. If someone found an unattended or lost citizen, he/ she will similarly report that case in our app, our app will run a face recognition algorithm and will search if someone has reported this case as missing. If yes, our app will notify both parties.

Our app will help users to find the nearest Police Station and NGOs so that they may find immediate help in case of any need.
We are using a Three-tier architecture for the project implementation. We will be having our backend APIs deployed on the Azure cloud so that we may achieve better efficiency and performance. Our client app (mobile app) will be so lightweight as all our computation will be performed in the cloud. We will be using the dot Net 5 framework for developing our backend APIs. We will use the Entity Framework core code-first approach to achieve loose coupling with the application and database.
We will be using the Dependency Injection Design Pattern and applying SOLID Principles to make our app maintainable and scaleable.
We will develop our Face recognition algorithm using Azure Face API technology to achieve maximum accuracy and efficiency.
We will develop our cross-platform mobile app on Flutter so that both android and iOS users can get help from our app. We will also develop Admin Web Portal that will be used by authorities to maintain and manage the system.
Our Final Deliverable will be a mobile app developed in a flutter. It will send the request and receive responses from the server using our WEB API developed in dot net. The face recognition algorithm will be running in our server, which will perform all the main computations.
Our deliverable also includes an Admin Web portal that will be developed in Angular to help admin and other authorities to manage the app easily. This portal will also be communicating with our cloud.
We will use cloud services from Azure that includes Azure blob storage, Azure SQL, Azure app services, and cognitive services.
