Id-card has been widely used as authentication or citizen identity. Several issues like deep difficulty in detecting id-card field and also difficulty in character recognition data in id-card should worry. Card using a combination of Image Processing and Optical Character Recognition (OCR). Some institutes and business sectors require the knowledge contained within the ID card to perform the registration process. In general, the registration process is still using a form to be filled in accordance with the data on the ID card, which will then be converted into digital data by means of retyping the information. The purpose of this project(CHEXECURE) is to make a personality recognition system on the ID card where the character recognition process included in several stages: pre-processing, segmentation, text-area extraction (Specifically ID of a person or student), and recognition. The experiment includes, first of all, detect the card in the picture, Text area extractor showed satisfactory results of identifying text-area on the ID card which can scope all the entire area that consists of text. After the text area from the card to find the id of a student or person then get no id number from that specific area of text on the card. Match id number after successfully get the record against that number from the database.

Project Implementation MethodID (Identification) cards will be the main reference in obtaining information. Some business sectors or institutes can use the information contained in the ID to perform registration process. Mainly, this process is still using a form to be filled in accordance with the data from the ID, which will then be converted into digital data by means of retyping the information. However, when these ID cards are scanned the extraction process is more complicated. The purpose of creating our system is to create an automatic card detection and character extraction system for complex ID card. While we will be watching the precise use-case of ID cards, anyone who is interested in building a technical understanding of how deep learning and OCR can solve the problem will find the information useful. The present report is designed to define the detailed function of CHEXECURE. The purpose of this project is the identification of person at entrance point of university. Based on this document user can understand the information and basic knowledge about project. It just need the university card and the picture of that person and will verify with previous stored data/information in the system either the person is allowed to enter or not. In this project, our attention will be on developing an algorithm to detect id cards or student’s cards. This project is only limited to semi-crowded environment in a stationary single camera view.

The very famous technique which may be used easily and which fulfills high-security need is Card detection. The development of a reliable algorithm to perform Card detection is still a challenge today. Many had underestimated the complexity of this problem as detection is a process that can be easily done by the human eyes. However, for a computer to model and imitate the human eyes, there are many challenges involved. One of the challenges faced in card detection is the variation of heights and shapes of different cards. Like any other fixed objects, cards for detection may come in different/same heights and shapes. These features may or may not be helpful in the detecting process. In an extreme case where two persons have the same height, shape different cards it means a person having id card, student card e, it may be quite difficult for a computer/machine to differentiate and distinguish their paths. Therefore, having the same height and shape is not helpful in this case.

User should able to use this project with high performance computer system. A camera is required with system that will take the input image of card then the person to verify with the record. It will allow only admin to add, remove or update the record to maintain the integrity and security of the system. For the purpose of privacy or security nobody is allowed to interact with the program file other than the developer or owner of this product. If changes require then ask the trusted and a programmer who has the knowledge of python. Don’t give access to anyone of your record and don’t even share with anyone it can be harmful for the organization as well as according to Pakistan IT Laws. CHEXECURE is very user friendly project which only provide the user with its function but also with many quality attributes. The project is a smart adaptive it could run in any smart environment. This project will always be available to check security at runtime whenever any person want to enter in the organization. Every time he has to verify his identity which is the main function of this project. This project also needed to make changes in the record for that purpose admin panel will work or directly changes will be done in record by accessing database. This project is very easy to use and has some operating principals. CHEXECURE has some main functions and all of these functions could be performed under different circumstances. CHEXECURE can identify any person with record. The product is required two information at a time to check the person, one is ID number which will help to get the record against the ID number then will verify the face with record data. One more thing there will also be a admin panel that can changes in the record, it is the only way to access the record.
