Project cervical deformity identification focuses on recognizing postures of an individual since cervical deformity primarily highlights the cervical alignment. Our project, by introducing this deformity identification will resolve difficulties in daily life activities while indicating the incorrect position and providing upright position of the cervical and help in maintaining horizontal gaze.
With this application the current spine position (the accurate angle) and will analyze its accuracy and will determine that whether the cervical is deformed or not. If yes, then it will alarm its user at the very first place. As the particular angle is reached by spine it will reflect the output data.
Our project is a hardware and software-based project that will help its users to maintain their posture and horizontal gaze. Through sensors(MPU6050 compising accelerometer and gyroscope), users' current cervical position will be identified and displayed via mobile application meanwhile all the information regarding the user will utterly be stored in the database. A beep attached to the hardware will make the user rectify their posture and continue to beep unless the user rectifies their cervical position. During the entire process the user will be able to read or notice their position of spine through mobile app. Users' weekly statistics will also be displayed using various graphs which will enable the analyst or the concerned doctor to analyse users' weekly activity and identify the deformation of cervical if any.
Furthermore, the user wil be able to keep a check regarding their daily step count and calorie count.

The Hardware Part:
Consist of a sensor MPU6050 is used as the main component of the project which will enable us to identify the position of the human spine. We are using a jacket to place our hardware equipment near the human spine (cervical spot), which will be worn by the user. The jacket will further comprise a beep, battery, and resistors.
Through the movement of the human spine, the data (angles) will be taken as input or observation and stored in the firebase database from where the data will be called for further processing.
The Software Part:
It comprises our mobile application having a different section for the user to interact with our model.
1. Cervical Condition Section: This will use the data extracted or observed with the help of the MPU6050 sensor and stored in the database. It will indicate to the user about their posture and help them to maintain an upright posture and horizontal gaze too.
2. Weekly Report Section: Here the user or their analyst can examine the weekly statistics or cervical readings through graphs and can figure out if the user has a deformed cervical or not.
3. Step Count Section: This is an additional element in our application where the user can count their steps on daily basis.
4. Calorie Count Section: This is an additional section where the user can keep a check on their calorie intake within a day.

Users after wearing a jacket that holds our sensor MPU6050 will keep a check on their cervical position and they will be alarmed via beep and can notice with their mobile apllications also.
The contant reminder of thier cervical position will help them to achieve the exact postion of cervical spine with reduced neck pain and disurbed gaze.
