Project Summary

This proposal aims to contribute to developing Cable Billing Management System for the Cable TV Billing department to meet the requirements of the concerned department.

We aim to automate cable bill payment within our area. Client portion will provide an Interface for cable users in order to check their Bill history and also they will be able to fulfill their bill payment via an online portal.

On the other hand, the admin side will drop a short text to registered clients about their monthly bill which client will be requested to pay the bill. Admin side will also ensure an interface in order to check bill status of customers. Cable department will be able to keep records of cable coverage areas and can also update or delete areas in the hour of need.

Project Objectives

The goal is to replace a manual system of Cable Billing with advanced Technical system based on user requirements. We’ll do a lot of work in order to automate Cable Billing.

Project Implementation Method

Software, which is a client/server-based Telemanagement and premises-wiring administration system, will automate data communications management. Users on the client stations will have access to work orders, inventory administration, problem tracking, and cost allocation.

Concerned Department will install this software and will automate their process.

Benefits of the Project

As stated earlier, the current system of Cable Billing is manual.

Living in the age when everyone tries his level best to keep his business uptodate, our Cable department is still outdated. One of the biggest advantages will keep the concerned department update. 

They will be able to keep the records of customers for a long time and maintain backups.

It'll be fast and time saving for the concerned department.
