Project Summary

We plan to develop an application with the name of “Book Kaam Waali” where our users who are busy or occupied in their day-to-day life can easily hire someone to complete their task. This way the responsibility is shared among our employees and the task is achieved in a short amount of time. First our user will login and create an account. We require all the data of our customers including their cell phone number and house address. This way we can ensure our customers safety and give them the best experience. Our application will recommend you workers based on your location. This way you have a fast and reliable experience. We also provide replacement in case of any inconvenience. We provide a variety of services such as chef, gardeners, maids, nannies etc.

Project Objectives

This application will be developed by keeping a few goals and objectives in mind:

• We want people to explore other opportunities which will eventually lead to less unemployment rate.
• We want to make this process of finding the right person for the right job as easy as possible.
• We want to provide our customers all the facilities under one roof.
• We want people to find what they are looking for directly from the app without involving any 3rd party.
• Your information will not be public and will be confidential which will prevent random calls as well.

Project Implementation Method

Frontend:

• Flutter
• Dart language (Front-end application design)

Backend:

• Firebase (Database for users)
• Node.js (every functionality and service to be provided)

Benefits of the Project

In our life up till now at least once everyone has faced this problem. We have work to do or have responsibilities but have little to no time to fulfil them. This leads to the stress of actually finding the right person. Living in Pakistan this job is very stressful and people have anxiety attacks.

We found no other app in this market which fulfils all the users’ needs under one roof. This task we took as an opportunity to jump in and relieve every house of this stress.

We plan to provide the best services in a hiccup free process.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

• The user shall signup before logging in to the system.
• The user shall log in to use the services of the application.
• The user shall click on forgot password to retype and save the new password.
• The user shall log out of the system if they no longer require its service.
• The user shall communicate to address issues through the chatbox.
• The system shall provide service providers (Maid, Driver, Gardner, Babysitter, chef etc) to the client.
• The system shall verify the user.
• The system shall allow communication between the client and service provider.
