Especially education industry and office work. We have seen work from home is in a trend. To keep these things in a mind we are developing a desktop application that generated short notes from online lecture, office meetings and conferences. It detects English language only. It is best for the situation, where single speaker is involved. It takes preference from user to differentiate between lecture and online meetings and conferences. It generates notes on the basis of these preferences. It stored notes on user specified location at user device. As important points in lecture and meetings is different. It is platform independent application.
Project ObjectivesThe objective of this project is to increase understanding of meetings and lectures as you can be free of the tension of taking notes manually and could be able to more focused on the ongoing meeting and do not miss any important point.
Project Implementation MethodThis application will implement in Python. This application is developed to automatically generate short notes from the online lecture and meetings based on preferences. It summarizes the content of the meeting and perceives the important details and generates short notes. To collect data gather frequencies. It perceives important details based on preferences i.e. student or office worker. It has three modules i.e. recording audio from lecture/meetings, converting audio into text and summarizes that text into notes. To convert audio into text we will use python libraries and to extract the concepts from text we will use different text mining algorithms. Application GUI will be developed using tkinter library.

Final deliverable will be a desktop application implemented in Python language using Anaconda. It will record your meeting or lecture then generate a script, text mining will be applied on script and generate short contextual text notes. End product is an executable file which user will download in their system to use this application.
