- The automated time table syestem curently is a concept work in progress but has to capability to generate near optimal timetable based on two unit courses with minimized course constraints.
- This project inclues a practical timetabling algorithm capable of taking care of both strong and weak constraints effectively used in an automated timetabling syestem.
- So that each teacher and student can view their timetable once they are finilaze for a given smester but they can,t edit them.

The objective of the project are follows: - The objective of the automated timetable generated project was to be developed a tool that enables department to dynamically generate timetable for student to access directly from the schedule table data.
- To generate timetable in a completely automated way to save the time and effort of faculty member.
- User defined constraint handling.
- Faculty member and students will be free of worry about overlapping time slot.
- There would not be two or more classes schedule in the same classroom at the same time.
- The project saves time as it will optimize the use of all resources including classrooms, labortries and professors.

As simple as this task sounds, in actuality, it can be a complex challenge as the teachers need to juggle the learning needs of the students with the availability of the teachers across all the standards of the university.
Additionally, while doing this, the teachers also must ensure that the students do not find the day too exhausting or boring, hence creating a balanced daily schedule for the students of the university. -
This timetable is usually created manually and can be a frustrating and highly time-consuming task for the teachers. -

- Finding a feasible lecture timetable in a large university department is a challenging problem faced continually in educatinal establishment.
- This paper presents an evolutionary algorithm based approach to solving a heavily constrained university timetabling problem.
- Finally the generic algorithm was applied in the development of a viable timetabling syestem which was testing to demonstrate the variety of possible timetables that can be generated based on user specified constraints and requirements.
