Project Area of Specialization Artificial IntelligenceProject Summary AutoDoc is an application where we can enter our location on our mobile app or call the mechanic. User can call the mechanic or see how many service stations are available in the area. We can also pay our bills and further more. It is Machine Learning based App.  If the car or any other vehicle faces engine or tire problem then we have to go to car mechanic but if we stuck on a deserted road then we can’t reach to the mechanic. This is the main problem people are facing. So, we thought why not make an app about vehicle service, so people can enter their location on their mobile app to see the nearest Service/Gas Stations or call the mechanic.   This App also collects live data about road signs, speed limits and traffic camera ahead and show it to you. Our application will be for use by vehicle owners. It will be for the registration of Car Showrooms, Service Stations and all those who are infidels as well. There is no application in the market like our application, this is our biggest opportunity to launch our application with some incredible features.   Not only we have this application, we are providing a Car Sensor which can detect car problems and send it directly to our application. It connects to the car through Bluetooth. The sensor lets you see what the mechanic sees, and is capable of detecting up to 6,800 possible causes for a check engine light. It also offers a description of the probable cause, along with the standard error code and possible consequences if the issue is not resolved. Project Objectives

The objective of this APP is to build a MAP AI that can detect and register nearby service stations based on the user's location, provide quick service to the user at the locations where there are no service stations, provide service deals and promo codes based on the loyalty of the user to a specific service station.

  1. This APP would be able to manage Service Charges, Service Booking, Management of the Service Providers, AI-Based Service station registration, and Ease of the Users.
  2. The Goal of this APP would be to provide easy and quick access to the required service for the User's vehicle.
  3. Nearby service stations will be registered in-app database.
  4. Users can get suggestions for repairing if for some reason service can't be provided.
Project Implementation Method

INITIATION PHASE:

In the APP there are two types of service centers available. First is authorized service and the other is pre-owned service. Once the user request for the car service the user’s particular car company and the branch nearby to the user location are shown in the map. The request is sent to the corresponding company admin. Then the admin assigns the task to their employee who are all nearest to the user’s location.

In pre-owned service the mechanic shops and the car service centers loaded in the map which is location based. They can call to the any of the service center or mechanic to get car service which is paid service. The scope of the APP to provide the app which is useful for users to done car service in unknown place on time. It is to improve the customer service.

INSTALLATION PHASE:

In this module, the main branch admin assigns the employees who are all nearest to the location of the users. So that the employees can provide fast and efficient service to the users. After getting the assigned job the employees send the notification to the user about the car service request acknowledgment from the service center side about their arrival and time.

The spare part request is viewed on the main branch. The admin orders the employee’s required spare parts based on the user location. The spare parts are ordered nearest to the user’s location.

INSTITUTIONALIZED PHASE:

In this module of authorized service center, there will be particular limit for the free service for each user. The service provided to each user is calculated based on the service provided to that particular user.

The authorized service center can track their employee location detail continuously. So that they can assign the employees based on the user location.

And with registration, the owner can get the monthly schedule of refilling and services their automobile.

Promo codes are available for starting week and different events after registration. The user will get curtain packages on monthly bases for using the app as regular customer. The app contains a sequel of guidance of road signs and driving.

Every vehicle is different from the other and finding the right service center for your problem can be difficult. To simplify this problem, AutoDoc find specialized people for each job. You simply have to enter in the details of what kind of service you’re looking for and you will then receive quotes from expert service providers. You can then choose the service provider that fits your budget, time and rating preference.
