It includes the study and application of the principles of friction, lubrication, and wear. we take different vegetables oils which are natural and biodegradable, to mix with nano particles (very small sizes) of different materials. Then test on Tribometer to check and compre their propertise( friction ,wear, viscosity etc) before and after testing, to examine wheather their propertise improve. For nano fluid preparation we use these methods.

?Study the chemical bonding between tribo-film and rubbing surfaces by Raman spectroscopy.

Project Implementation MethodTaguchi method will be used to test Nanoparticle fluids under straved conditions under different Temperature, Load, Speed, and concentration. Physical, mechanical properties of nano-fluids wll be measured. After testing the nano fluids, nueral network model will be developed and genetic algorithm will be run to determine the optimal concentration of nano-fluids which give efficient tribological properties.
