As we all know it is difficult to manage time for your daily needs in this fast-moving world. With this case there is a need for change in a technological field, there's an urgent must embrace and appreciate the power of innovative technology. So there is a vital situation to manage one in all the essential need that's a shelter or home for survival. If you are not known to an individual in some cities and want to rent a house than it's difficult to hunt out suitable aim time. Hence, there's a requirement to develop a House RentalApp that will simplify the work for the rental managers, sellers and tenants so all their works are often done efficiently and effectively. It's also difficult to hunt out the renter on time, for the owner and property managers. This App will provide the whole knowledge about houses which is accessible for Rent. It will make easy to hunt out the position of Houses, need of rooms and other facts by the renter. Using this app the Landlords even have provision to post or update their property details whenever they want.

Project Objectives

To develop an app that allows the user to add property on sale/rent as well as houses record. To develop a system that allows the users to add, edit, search and delete data from the database. To study and analyze the requirement specifications of the FYH Mobile App To produce the Software Requirement Specification of the system To produce the Software Design Document of the system

Project Implementation Method

The implementation of the project is that, we are using React native technology to build oyr app, first we created the UI of the app on AdobeXd then we converted the Xd UI to live, after working on front-end, we started implementing the technicalities of project in back-end by JavaScript. First we made login and signup form and connected that form with Firebase Database. After the successfull integration of login form we started working on Maps, we used Places API for realtime map searching as our main idea is based on real time maps, after successfully completed the markers task, we moved to CRUD operations of our app. Now we are working on Machine Learning based features like price prediction through Chat and Sentimental Analysis by suggesting the most searched property on top.

Benefits of the Project

Nowadays it is not easy to find a shelter for yourself. In past 2 year COVID-19 also made the process of selling properties and renting them dead slow which bothers the landlords to sell their property and tenants to find home for themselves. FYH Mobile App is built to make this process hassle-free for the people. And the main motivation to build this app was that we also faced the same issues to sell our home as we don’t want to involve any estate agent in the process. This app is build just to remove the involvement of agent in the process and make this process smooth and better for all.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The App will be smart enough to predict the prices of the property according to the number of rooms and washrooms along with the area of the property and its loaction. also the app will smartly suggest the properties location according to thje most searched/or viewed property by the user.
