Project Summary
We are aimed to build android based application where people will hire different professionals based on the problems they face in daily lives to perform their desired tasks. Users can register as one of a firm, company or simple user that is a Customer. Person registering will provide all necessary information that completely define his/her profession, charges and terms or conditions. Persons are hired based on categories such as Mechanical, Electrical, and Architectural etc. App will also include a chat system including chat, voice and video calling for end to end user connectivity where customer will be able to interact and instruct hired professional to perform a specific job on the app. Every professional’s performance is recorded, and ratings are maintained based on their previous record. Users will be authenticated via different methods (password, biometric, face recognition).
Project Objectives
There are numbers of freelancing platforms for hiring and providing services/product but Hiring professionals will be one of its kind. As till now there is no freelancing platform that is developed considering economy of Pakistan. While this App is being developed with a purpose to boost the freelancing and job sector of Pakistan.
Project Implementation Method
I am going to use incremental approach as it best suits my project. Additionally, for front and back end my priorities are android studio for development and and language at back end will be Java.
My priority is fast response so for that i am not going to add more pages and frames to my FYP
Benefits of the Project
This App will be developed for local market in Pakistan and can be used anywhere for buy and sell different services.
