Project Summary

• Human health is the important aspect of the society.
• Now-a-days diabetes is common disease which mostly people is suffering from.
• Diabetes people required proper medication, exercise and different sugar tests.
• The major problem is, patient do not follow proper instruction from doctor as this is a long term disease.
• We have an idea to develop a smart application for the diabetic patient and as well as for this doctor so that they are connected with each other.
• This application will work with smart watch, smart phone. The smart watch will record the patient physical activities as in sugar patient they need proper exercise and certain lifestyle changes. It will remind the patient about their medication timely, different test record insertion etc. as suggested by doctor.
• The doctor will monitor the conditions of the patient through smart application to know whether their patient are taking medication are improving the health of their patient or not.
• This will make easy for the patient to take medication without visiting the hospital / Doctor clinic.
• Overall this application with help in bringing a diabetic free life for the people of the society and will provide a happy and healthy life for the people of the society.

• To encourage consistent day-to-day food choices, including a variety of foods.

• To help in Planning what you eat and following a healthy meal plan.

Project Implementation Method

• Flutter language based application

• Used Smart Phone and smart watch.
• The device are programmed and smart watch are connected with the developed application
• There are a number of treatments available to help you manage and treat your diabetes. Everyone is different, so treatment will vary depending on your own individual needs.

• It will help the doctor to monitor the diabetic condition of their patient.
• It will make it easy for the doctor to provide a timely medication to their patient.
• It will remind the patient about their medication time properly.
• It will help the doctor to know whether the patient taking medication times to times.

       This will help the doctor to know about the recovering              conditions of their diabetic patient.
