Aerodynamic is branch of science which deals with the fluid and the object moving through it. By changing the shape of the vehicle to make its design more aerodynamic the effect of the drag force acting on the vehicle when it moves through the air could be reduced. In this project an existing and modified cad model of the Suzuki swift 2010 would be made by using surface modelling in solidworks and with the help of another software like star ccm+, CFD analysis on both models would be performed. Actually in the modified cad model just the front bumper of the swift 2010 would be modified according to the shape changing language of Suzuki. Experimental results would be provided by star ccm+ but for the practical results coastdown test would be required. Coastdown test of the swift 2010 with predesiged front bumper and with modified bumper according to the shape changing language of Suzuki would make us able to check the aerodynamic performance.

Fuel consumption in swift 2010 would be reduced by reducing the effect of drag force on the swift 2010.
Final deliverable would be a modified bumper of swift 2010 which would make the swift 2010 to consume less fuel because of its more aerodynamic design according to the shape changing language of Suzuki.
